HTC HD3 Turns Into HD7 Windows Phone 7 Handset

The HTC HD3 is likely to be released on the 18th of October and will be the welcome successor to the Windows Mobile powered HD2 no surprise that it will be based on Windows Phone 7. The device has appeared on the backend system of O2 in the UK which interestingly lists Alcatel PAYG handsets as well.

The news, doesn't provide with more information but earlier in July, Digital Review said that the phone would come with a 4.5-inch Amoled touchscreen, a dual core 1.5GHz ARM-based processor, 1GB RAM, 32GB storage, Wi-Fi, 4G, a 8-megapixel camera with two LED flashes, HDMI port and HD recording capabilities, a 1800mAh battery, all in a 10mm thick enclosure.
